<p>Here is where you will find anything you ever need to know about our Krewe of Arfeous and our fabulous Mardi Gras activities.</p>
<p>Our theme for the Mardi Gras 2010 Pet Parade in the beautiful Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, FL is …“Bite at the Museum”. Our 2010 Parade will be held February 14th @ 2pm and we are thrilled to announce that Jim Tweedy of “Jim Tweedy’s Friendly Doggies” fame will be our parade Grand Marshall this year! Woof woof!!The registration information can be found by clicking the link below or you can register at either Bark Avenue location.</p>
<p>Do not miss the fun this year!</p>
<p>Each year, our Mystic Krewe of Arfeous Royalty is chosen to represent a local rescue/shelter organization or spotlight a special service dog in our community. The 2010 chosen non-profit charity is Alaqua Animal Refuge and all proceeds from the registration for this event will go to them. We will, of course, be honored to have our reigning Mardi Gras King 2009, Indiana Jones, there to crown the new King and guide him through the festivities!</p>
<p>The King and Queen Arfeous’ duties will be to oversee the parade festivities as well as doing special appearances prior to the parade, and in doing so, bringing awareness to the thousands of homeless and abused animals across the country.</p>
